How is commission paid?
Commission is paid by check.
When is commission paid?
Commission is paid within 45 days from the date the service is made available to your client.
Why has commission been withheld?
Where commission payments of over $500 are to be made, we will first verify that the client has paid their invoice.
If they have not, then we will withhold the commission until the next payment run. This reduces the risk
of paying you commission incorrectly which we then need to reclaim.
How can I check what commission is due, or has been paid?
You can check what commissions are due, or have been paid with Rondi Jamison. You can contact Rondi via email at
rjamison@messagelabs.com
Do I need to invoice MessageLabs for my commission?
You do not need to invoice MessageLabs for your commission. As long as your Account Manager has allocated
your client against your account then commission will be generated automatically and paid in accordance
with the timescales above.
What should I do if I am missing a commission payment?
If you think you are missing a commission payment then please contact Rondi Jamison at
rjamison@messagelabs.com
as soon as possible. She will be able to confirm and update you on the status of your payment.
