MessageLabs training offers opportunities for professional certification, which can be used for

Certification is mandatory and can be attained in stages so that employees develop at a pace that
is convenient for them and for their employer.

Register using the online form. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will allocate our training
specialists and contact you with course date(s). Please refer to the partner training participation
requirements in your MessageLabs supplier agreement.

Keep up with the latest changes to ClientNet
Partner ordering and ticketing is now available in ClientNet Partner Order Forms and Support Ticketing Center. For credentials contact your account manager, MessageLabs support support@messagelabs.com or order_services@messagelabs.com.

- In the Support Ticketing Center you can delegate access to users to raise tickets either on your behalf or on the behalf of your clients.
- Order Forms in the ClientNet Partners area should be used in place of the existing PartnerNet forms. PartnerNet will be retired at the end of January. The new versions of the Order Forms will:
• Give you visibility into the products held by your customers.
• Enable you to order all products you are contracted to sell.
• Improve the usability of the forms.
- You can also assign credentials to other members of your organization and manage who within your organization is able to access specific areas of functionality. In addition, you can control what contact and support information customers see.
