MessageLabs Enterprise Instant Messenger Short-listed as ‘Security Product of the Year’ in CNET Networks UK Business Technology Awards
London – 7 August 2007 – MessageLabs, a leading provider of integrated messaging and web security services to businesses worldwide, today announced that its Enterprise Instant Messenger (EIM) solution has been short-listed as ‘Security Product of the Year’ in the 2007 CNET Networks UK Business Technology Awards.

Recognizing innovation, application and excellent in Technology & Business, the CNET Networks UK awards honour the products, projects and players that are setting the standards in the business world. The MessageLabs EIM solution was short-listed due to its strengths in: productivity, innovation, implementation & management, and providing a competitive edge.

Consisting of senior practitioners and experts from the technology industry, the judging panel stated that “competition for this award was incredibly fierce and the judges worked very hard to get to the shortlist of five.” The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 24th September 2007.
